She has also completed a clinical internship at Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine in Nanjing, China.

Throughout her internship in China she was able to broaden her experience and knowledge by following experienced, Chinese medicine practitioners which allowed her to have a deep interest in treating a variety of disorders especially musculoskeletal and acute/ chronic pain disorders, gynaecological and women’s health as well as stress related and emotional disorders.

Her treatments focus on resolving the issue or condition rather then relieving the signs and symptoms temporarily. Therefore, she offers her patients the utmost care and professionalism always in every consultation.

As a Chinese Medicine practitioner, Dr Sharlane Aldover wants to make sure that Chinese medicine continues to grow with Western Medicine to ensure the best treatment for the public. She believes it is a great benefit for the community of Yarrawonga to have Western Medicine alongside Complementary medicine, such as Chinese Medicine practices in the area, giving people more options for treatment of their health problems and therefore a better way of living.
